How to Register for the Event

Registrations for the cycling event will be made through this website, as long as bib numbers are available. You must access the area dedicated to registration for the Aitana Tour cycling event. Select "buy" or "add to cart".

The Organization of Aitana Tour will not be responsible for the reliability, veracity and/or suitability of registrations made to the cycling event through third parties, nor does it assume any obligation regarding the availability of places and/or price.

The maximum quota of participants is 1500.

Registration Cancellation

In case of having contracted the early cancellation option, it is possible to request the refund of the registration amount. The deadline to be able to make the refund request is April 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM, understanding that once said date has expired, it is not possible to return any satisfied amount.

The refund of the registration will be made through the same payment method with which the registration was made, within 30 days from the request. The administrative management expenses and possible bank commissions will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

How to Place an Order for a Product or Service

The website user will be able to navigate the web store and fill the shopping cart without needing to be registered. Only to finalize the purchase will it be essential to provide certain mandatory data to access the order shipping data.

To find the item you want, you can navigate through all sections of our Website. Clicking on any of the sections you will find a great variety of items, description, available sizes and their corresponding price.

Once you have selected the item you want, you will only need to press the "ADD TO CART" button. When a product is added to the shopping cart, you will automatically be able to view the status of your complete bag.

Once a Purchase Order has been received, the Club will immediately send a confirmation of the sale made to the indicated email address.

Contract Conclusion

By clicking the "finalize purchase" button, you issue a binding declaration of will by which you accept the conclusion of the order, obliging yourself to pay for it. You will then receive acknowledgment of receipt of your order, by which the conclusion of the contract is confirmed.

Price

The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the indicated prices do not include shipping costs.

The applicable VAT rate will be that legally in force at each moment depending on the specific item in question. For orders destined to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of article 21 of Law 37/1992.

The customer may download the invoice for purchases made by accessing with their user key the order history. However, the customer may request at any time that a copy of the corresponding invoice be sent by telematic means or on paper, at their choice.

Payment Methods

The payment method for purchases will be selected during the purchase and payment process, according to the chosen method, it will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for its formalization.

The accepted payment methods are the following:

• Credit or debit card: the user must provide the cardholder's name, number, expiration date and CVV. All information will be processed through Redsys POS systems.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Products offered on the website will be shipped only to Spanish territory and Europe.

All products offered on the website are available (except stock breaks, products on order or reservation, registrations or exceptional cases), which allows us to process orders so that they are delivered within a delivery period of 3 to 5 days. Products whose deliveries require different deadlines will reflect this particularity in their description.

Orders received on Friday or holidays will be sent the first following business day. If for any reason there was a delay in shipment, we would communicate the estimated delivery time.

If finally the order was returned by the courier agency due to the impossibility of contacting the customer, the customer would be responsible for financing the new shipment.

Shipping Costs

The following shipping costs will be applied regardless of the number of items:

• €4.95 + VAT for shipments to Spain.
• €15 + VAT for orders to the rest of Europe.

However, shipping costs will be specified at the time of making the purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

Description of the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us through an unequivocal declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract to Plaza de España, 11, 03510, Callosa d'en Sarrià, ALICANTE (for example, through sending a letter by postal mail), by phone or by email info@aitanatour.com with the subject <Order Withdrawal>.

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive method of ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at Plaza de España, 11, 03510, Callosa d'en Sarrià, Alicante, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicate to us your decision to withdraw from the contract.

It will be essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, with all their accessories and original packaging. If there is any purchase gift in the order, it must be returned in order to accept the withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts referring to:

• The supply of goods made according to consumer and user specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

Broken, Defective or Erroneous Products

If upon delivery of an order you detect that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, you must note on the carrier's delivery note the reason and the customer's signature.

In case of receiving a product with factory defect, flaw or that turns out to be incorrect, you have 7 days from receipt of the order for its return, as long as you notify us within 48 hours from receipt of the order through our email info@aitanatour.com

It is essential that you send us the high-resolution photo of the broken, defective or erroneous item and keep said item in order to manage said return, as well as photo of the original packaging, which you must also keep.

Once the merchandise is received and after verification of its condition, we will proceed to credit the corresponding amount through the payment method used in the order.

Warranties

All products offered on the website have the legal warranty of conformity of 2 years according to the conditions established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

The use of our website and the purchase contracts of products through said website will be governed by Spanish legislation.

These General Conditions are subject to and will be governed according to the provisions of Spanish laws, particularly:

The parties submit, for the resolution of conflicts and with waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
